Her travel adventures made me realize that I should stay a bit longer than two weeks, so as of right now, I don’t have a specific return date, but I’m definitely going to stay longer than two weeks!

I’ll begin in Switzerland, then from there, everything is pretty much up in the air. These are the countries that’s on my travel menu. Subject to change.

Work on TWIST OF FATE & my other projects are full steam ahead as always, even while I’m overseas. Looking forward to keeping you posted! I can’t wait!

How am I going to accomplish this? Who the hell knows. I still don’t know how I made TWIST OF FATE to begin with. It feels weird revisiting this film because there is so much of everything I went through in it. I’m excited! I also can’t believe I’m going to attempt to do this.

TWIST OF FATE tells a love story between Max Taylor and the mysterious Talaya. Max, a broken man who suffers from repressed memories of his deceased parents.

Talaya, the alluring beauty, who’s much more than meets the eye. When Max & Talaya finally meet, a sweeping romance begins, leading to a climatic Twist of Fate.

I lived in Atlanta for 5 years, and in those 5 years, I realized what I wanted to do with my life. Film. Because I wanted to become a filmmaker, I felt that being in New York or LA was the best place for me. The next logical phase. I chose New York because my family is here. I went on to make TWIST OF FATE, DRIFTERS, my Domestic Violence PSA Commercial, got into a festival, & had Premieres for both films in the 5 years I’ve been in NYC.

10 years ago, when I first started this, I couldn’t dream that 230 people would come see any movie I’d make! I still can’t believe what we’ve been able to do in New York. Thanks to an unbelievable team of actors, crew, family and friends for supporting me.

I’m not naive. I know that thousands of people come to LA to get into film, but I’m confident enough in my talents to know that as long as I buss my ass 24/7, some day, something good will happen. Go hard, or go home. I have no idea what the future holds. I’m nervously excited! I feel like I’ve done and learned everything I could in New York and now it’s time to move on.

So as of write now, I have 2 scripts already written. They’re both completely different too, and this script I’m working on now, is also completely different from the scripts I already have. I try not to repeat myself.

But to ease myself back into the writing process, I’m writing the film as a “Treatment”, here’s Wikipedia”s Definition.

A film treatment (or treatment for short) is generally longer and more detailed than an outline (or one-page synopsis), and it may include details of directorial style that an outline omits. They read like a short story, except told in the present tense and describing events as they happen. There are two types: the original draft treatment, created during the writing process, and the presentation treatment, created as presentation material.

So right now I’m just letting my fingers flow on this keyboard. I really hope I’ll be able to make this movie some day!

On Thanks Giving my aunt told me I’m going nowhere.

People think that success is supposed to happen overnight and that’s never the case. I’ve been learning and studying the craft of filmmaking for 10 years & not that I’ve done much, but the films I’ve made so far, I wouldn’t have been able to make 10 years ago.

I feel like each phase I go through, whether it involves making a feature film, a short film, or a PSA, is preparing me to be a well rounded filmmaker. There’s plenty of things going on with me behind the scenes, but I’m not the type to blow up the fact that there might be some interesting opportunities on the horizon because things fall apart just as quickly as they come together.

Because I’m not talking about this stuff, my family seems to assume nothing’s going on, little do they know, that’s not the case.

To all my fellow peers, whether you’re involved in music or movies, or any other creative endeavor please keep believing in yourself know matter what people say or think.
