Is it just me, or is there a lack of individuality, Originality in our generation? Jesus Christ. It is quite pathetic. During the Vietnam War, artists liberated themselves by writing/performing their views as a means of protest. Trying to make a change for the better. Today, despite EVERYTHING we are going through, the majority of artists solely focus on sex and their own needs/wants. There is a lack of innovation & respect.
Too many people willing to sell out for the almighty dollar. I wonder why? My thought is… and for lack of a better word: Spoiled. When I think of our generation, I think of spoiled brats who have things handed to them as opposed to really working for it. Always looking for a handout or the easy way out. Now, I speak for the majority. This is not the case for everyone. I do have hope for change; for the better. Once we stop idolizing these idiotic, pointless celebrities and focus on what really matters.
